本規約において使用する用語の定義は、以下のとおりとします。
• 「本アプリ」：オーストラリア在住の日本人および渡航予定の日本人向け情報共有アプリを指します。
• 「ユーザー」：本アプリを利用するすべての個人を指します。
• 「運営者」：本アプリを管理・運営する者を指します。
本アプリでは、以下のサービスを提供します。
• カテゴリー別・都市別に情報を閲覧・検索できる機能
• コミュニティ機能（グループ作成・参加）
• レビュー投稿機能
• ユーザー同士がやり取りできるチャット機能
• 自分のアカウント情報を確認・編集できるマイページ機能
本アプリの利用料金は無料とします。ただし、今後必要に応じて有料サービスを導入する場合があります。 その際は、導入内容・金額・支払方法等を事前に通知し、同意を得た上で提供します。
ユーザーは、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
• 個人名を挙げての誹謗中傷行為
• 他者への迷惑行為または不適切な投稿
• 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
• 運営者が不適切と判断するその他の行為
ユーザーが禁止事項に該当する行為を行った場合、運営者は以下の措置を行うことがあります。
• 該当投稿の削除
• 一時的または永久的な利用停止
• その他運営者が必要と判断する措置
特に、禁止行為が継続的・悪質であると判断した場合、強制的に利用を中止させる場合があります。
運営者は、ユーザーの個人情報を以下の目的で取得・利用します。
• 本アプリのサービス提供および改善
• ユーザーへの連絡・通知
• 本アプリの安全管理・不正防止
個人情報は適切に管理し、第三者に提供する場合はユーザーの同意を得るものとします。
・13歳未満のユーザーは、保護者または親権者の同意を得たうえで利用してください。
• 未成年者の利用に関して生じたトラブルは、原則として保護者の責任とします。
• 本アプリ内の情報の正確性や完全性を保証するものではありません。
• 本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、運営者は日本の法令および利用規約で許される範囲で責任を負いません。
• ユーザー同士のやり取りや投稿内容について、運営者は一切責任を負いません。
運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できるものとします。
変更後の規約は、本アプリ上で掲示した時点で効力を生じるものとします。
本規約に関連して紛争が生じた場合、運営者所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings below:
• “This App”: The information-sharing application for Japanese residents in Australia and Japanese planning to travel to Australia.
• “User”: Any individual who uses this App.
• “Operator”: The entity managing and operating this App.
This App provides the following services:
• Browsing and searching information by category and city
• Community features (creating and joining groups)
• Review posting function
• Chat function for communication between users
• My Page function for viewing and editing personal account information
The use of this App is free of charge. However, paid services may be introduced in the future if necessary. In such cases, the service details, fees, and payment methods will be notified in advance, and services will only be provided after obtaining user consent.
Users shall not engage in the following conduct:
• Defaming or verbally abusing specific individuals
• Harassment or inappropriate posting toward others
• Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
• Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Operator
If a User engages in prohibited conduct, the Operator may take the following actions:
• Delete relevant posts
• Temporarily or permanently suspend the User’s account
• Take any other measures deemed necessary by the Operator
If prohibited conduct is continuous or deemed serious, the Operator may forcibly terminate the User’s access.
The Operator collects and handles Users’ personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
• Personal information is used for providing services, improving the App, and communicating with Users.
• The Operator implements reasonable security measures to protect personal information.
• Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties without User consent, except as required by law.
• Users under the age of 13 must obtain parental or guardian consent before using this App.
• The Operator assumes no responsibility for any issues arising from a minor’s use; responsibility lies with the parent or guardian.
• The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information posted or shared within the App.
• The Operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this App, to the extent permitted under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
• Users are responsible for their own interactions and communications within the App.
The Operator may modify these Terms of Use as necessary. Changes shall take effect when posted within the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state or territory where the Operator is located. The courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive first-instance jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with these Terms.
